Welcome to our new Momence booking system

New system flows can be difficult so here are all the shortcuts and hints to make it as easy as possible.

Getting Started Guide

Download MOMENCE App

Download the Momence app on your device to get started.

Create Your Parent Account

Log in and you enter the Momence Portal. They sell their software to a lot of different booking platforms (adult yoga and pilates, hair salons, kids gymnastics or karate).

If you happen to see multiple icons, click on which place you want to go to. Click on our KISS Swim baby icon and you will enter our area.

Add in Your Children Accounts

Once you've created your parent account, you'll need to add each of your children as separate accounts in the system.

Walk-through:

From your parent account, look for "Add Family Member" or "Add Child" option
Enter each child's information (name, age, etc.)
Save each child's profile
Repeat for each child in your family - each child needs their own separate account

Navigate Your Children's Accounts

You enter in the parent account (you). The system assumes you as adults are using their platform for something adult related.

You need to go to your child(ren) account to see those classes. Click on SHOWING CHILDREN (slightly different wording on Android) and that gets you into your child(ren) and you can see upcoming appointments. You can toggle on/off individual children to select just 1 child or view them all together.

Select a Member Package

Each child in the family needs their own INTRO package to get started.

If you are brand new, your child needs to have an INTRO PACKAGE

The INTRO package is for the first 24 lessons and anything beyond that is in the 12 lesson CONTINUING EDUCATION program.

Booking Flow for Appointments

Click on APPOINTMENTS
Select your location
Choose the appropriate Lesson your child is enrolled in (only the blue arrow advances the screen, otherwise it just does a pop up with more info on the program)
Choose the Instructor (again, blue arrow advances)
Change the date and you will see that instructor's availability for that day
It will take you to a new screen and ask which Account you are booking for - just highlight the proper child and you are good to go!

View Child Account Page

You can now see UPCOMING FOR YOU. Clicking on See All shows you more than the next few.
