Swim Like a Fish lessons with K.I.S.S. Aquatics
INVEST IN YOUR CHILD'S AQUATIC SAFETY!

Upon completion of the Swim-Float-Swim program, your child can learn to "Swim Like A Fish". This program continues to build on the skills learned in the swim-float-swim program.

Children will continue to swim with their face in the water, roll onto their back to a float position, rest and breathe. Roll back onto their stomach and increase their swim distance.

The swim-float-swim sequence serves as the foundation for future stroke development in the Swim Like a Fish lessons.

Increase breath control

Strengthen swim distance

Introduce basic stroke principles

All children must have completed the Swim~Float~Swim program

Length of each lesson is approx. 10 minutes (why? see FAQ)
